What is BrainyBristles®?

BrainyBristles® are heat-resistant to over 350 degrees Fahrenheit, making them an ideal addition to your styling arsenal. You can blow-dry and apply heat without the worry of melting or warping the bristles. The tips are infused with Argan Oil to help keep your hair soft and shiny.

With specially formulated built-in protection, these brushes also reduce static electricity in your hair when brushing. Moreover, the built-in Tourmaline Ionic Technology emits negative ions and seals the cuticle layer, enhancing the overall health and appearance of your hair. In addition to the features mentioned above, the reason why they are called BrainyBristles® is because their flexibility adapts to the level of hair curl and tangling. When encountering tangled hair, they can flexibly reduce the pulling force, and when dealing with straight hair, they maintain the right amount of strength to detangle. It's a smart brush!

What type of brush should I use on my hair?

All NuWay 4Hair® brushes are suitable for all hair types.

Can I use the brushes with a hairdryer or heat?

Absolutely, BrainyBristles® are designed to withstand temperatures of up to 356°F, so you can use them confidently while blow-drying with heat. However, always use a diffuser attachment on your dryer for the best results.

Can I use the brushes on wet hair?

Yes, absolutely. Our hair brushes are specifically designed for both dry and wet brushing.

How often should I replace my brush?

The lifespan of our hair brushes varies depending on usage. For optimal results, each person should have their own brush and use it twice daily. With this care, a brush should last at least 18 months or more. To extend its life, we recommend individual brushes for each household member and monthly cleaning with shampoo or dishwashing liquid in cold water.

How is the travel brush different?

Both the Traveler® and TravelC® brushes feature an internationally patented unique travel case. This case protects the bristles and makes the brushes convenient for travel!

Purchase And Delivery

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
  • It takes us up to 48 hrs to dispatch your order once it is confirmed.
  • After being dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days.
  • You will keep receiving updates on the status of your order on your registered phone number and email.

Do you deliver internationally?

Nuway4Hair operates in 18 different countries, each with its own website and marketplace. However, if you place an order on the Nuway4Hair India website, the delivery will be made only within India. This suggests that each country's website likely caters to its respective market and handles deliveries within that specific country.

I haven't yet got my product delivered. The number provided by the delivery partner is not reachable. How shall I contact them?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Please kindly provide us with your registered phone number/email and order number so that we may assist you further. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate the matter to our shipping partner on your behalf to resolve the issue.

My order is not yet shipped, I would like to cancel my order.

You can request cancellation by reaching out to us via email at support@nuway4hair.in or by creating a ticket on our whatsapp chatbot number at +91-8318663229. Our team will assist you with the process.

Please do let us know what prompted you to cancel your order, your feedback will help us improve in future.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That being said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.

I never called to cancel my order but it was cancelled. I want to purchase the product.

We are sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your intention.

Reasons that might have led to the cancellation of your order:

  • Your order was COD.
  • Your order was missing important information.

For all of the above cases, we reach out to customers to get a confirmation/update so we can ship their orders. In case we do not hear back for 7 days, we might cancel your order.

However, if you would still like to receive your order, please let us know and we will recreate and ship out your order again.

Are your products genuine?

Certainly! Ensuring the authenticity and quality of our products is paramount to us. Each item undergoes a rigorous multiple-point quality check before being dispatched to you. Is Express delivery available at Nuway4Hiar?

We mostly air-ship our orders but if you still need expedited shipping, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order as early as we can.

What is the Cancellation Policy ?

You can cancel your Nuway4Hair order before it gets packed. Cancellation is possible through the Website from your account in orders tab.

The 'Cancel' link is disabled.

Well it can mean two things:

  • The order might have already been packed or shipped out; in which case you can refuse the delivery of the order. No worries!
  • Something might not be working as it’s supposed to on the website. Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll help in fixing it.

Return and Refund Queries

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only Damaged , Wrong Colour Product can be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
  • All requests for return of the product must be placed within 48 hours from the date of delivery by writing to us at (email)
  • We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging is missing or if they have been used. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns.
HOW LONG WILL REFUND TAKE POST CANCELLATION?

We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your source account might vary depending on the payment type used..

If you paid using your bank or e-wallet, it will reflect in the source account within 7 to 10 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.

How do I return my product?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
